KOA Competition Team

Welcome to Our BJJ Competition Team
Our youth BJJ team is a space where young athletes grow into strong, disciplined, and respectful individuals. We focus on elite-level technique while building core values like self-discipline, teamwork, humility, and mutual respect. Whether they’re chasing medals or personal milestones, our athletes are developing a lifelong love for the sport and discovering what it means to be their best—on and off the mat.

3+ years of BJJ experience required. 

Youth BJJ Program

Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 
Our youth BJJ program blends high-energy fun with a strong foundation in discipline, respect, and confidence. Kids learn real techniques in a supportive environment where effort is celebrated and character comes first. Through games, drills, and teamwork, we help young students build focus, self-control, and a love for the sport—on the mat and in everyday life.​

Adults BJJ Program

Our adult BJJ program offers a welcoming space to challenge yourself, grow your skills, and connect with a supportive team. Whether you're here to learn the art, improve fitness, or test your limits, our classes balance deep technical instruction with a comfortable, encouraging environment. No matter your background or experience level, you'll find a place on the mat—and a path to personal progress.

Fight Camp Jr.

AN INTENSE WEEK of grit, challenges, and growth. Join the pack for obstacle course training, two-a-days BJJ training, and other fun, physical games to get primed for this summer's  tournament season.

For ages 6+ with minimum 1 year BJJ experience

Women's kickboxing

Weekly, beginner friendly classes for women! This class includes technical work that is paired with a workout component. Open to all levels of kickboxing.

Drop- ins welcome.
