KOA Competition Team
Our youth BJJ team is a space where young athletes grow into strong, disciplined, and respectful individuals. We focus on elite-level technique while building core values like self-discipline, teamwork, humility, and mutual respect. Whether they’re chasing medals or personal milestones, our athletes are developing a lifelong love for the sport and discovering how to reach their goals.
3+ years of BJJ experience required.
Youth BJJ Program
Our youth BJJ program blends high-energy fun with a strong foundation in discipline, respect, and confidence. Kids learn real techniques in a supportive environment where effort is celebrated and character comes first. Through games, drills, and teamwork, we help young students build focus, self-control, and a love for the sport.
For ages 4 - 8.


Adults BJJ Program
Our adult BJJ program offers a welcoming space to challenge yourself, grow your skills, and connect with a supportive team. Whether you're here to learn the art, improve fitness, or test your limits, our classes balance deep technical instruction with a comfortable, encouraging environment. No matter your background or experience level, you'll find a place on the mat.
Every weekday from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
Summer Fight Camp
Summer 2026 holds a 1 week training camp in preparation for upcoming Super Fights. It will be during the second week of August from 9:00am - 3:00pm. This camp requires participants to have at least 1 year of BJJ experience.

Women's kickboxing
Weekly, beginner-friendly classes for women! This class includes technical work that is paired with a workout component. Open to all levels of kickboxing every Tuesday from 7:15pm - 8:15pm.
Drop- ins welcome.
